Accessing the Help Center

You can access the Help Center through the Grab App or a web browser. Here’s how:

  • Web: Visit help.grab.com.
  • In-app: The Grab App offers a tailored experience. Follow these steps to navigate to the Help Center:
    • Launch the Grab app on your device.
    • Tap on the Account icon located at the bottom right of the screen.
    • Scroll down and select Help Center.
    • Tap on FAQ & Info Centre.
    • Scroll to the bottom where you can browse by services or common problems.
    • Tap on any option to view different categories, then select GrabPay.
    • A list of common GrabPay concerns will appear. Select the one that best matches your issue.
    • Follow the instructions provided in the selected concern.

If you can’t find the answer to your concern, you also have the option to contact Grab Support through the Help Center:

  • Tap on Chat to get help at the bottom
  • Select the Other topics tab
  • Tap on Financial Product.
  • Describe the issue you’re encountering and the system will provide the next steps for you.
